Everett – 11 Months
Ah sweet baby boy is ELEVEN Months young?! Time slow down please please!
Everett has been learning and growing SO much the last few weeks, he has learned to crawl FOR REAL! Haha No more army crawling these days! We had been going outside a lot and he QUICKLY figured out that rubbing his whole body on the ground and in the grass was no the way to do things! It’s funny because every once in a while if he sees something and wants to go faster he will drop on his belly and army crawl at high speed to get across the room and it’s absolutely hilarious! I swear he has the most beautiful and soft baby hair ever, it looks like a light brown or dark blonde (whatever you call that) but it always seems to photograph a little red, and Olivia’s did the same for a long time too! Another milestone is that he is saying “dada” and I am so proud of him even though I wish it was mama! Hahaha Everett is such a mama’s boy so at least I’ve got that going for me!
He still has NO teeth!!! He just had a random fever and I thought for sure there would be something poking through but nothing yet! Everett is still nursing strong, and biting and he sleeps through the night SO SO well! I am beyond proud to say that my baby sleeps through the night and takes his naps just as easily! Now his sister is a totally different story when it comes to going to bed and staying asleep! whew! ha
This guy does not like to be woken up, ever! It doesn’t matter if I do it or someone else its just awful so we avoid that at all costs! So let me tell you about how his 11 month photos went down…. a few of our chickens had gotten loose and were running around the back yard so that was extremely distracting to both Olivia and Everett ( i take his photos right by our window and its a perfect view), then he got a little scrape and got some blood in his bassinet as I’m trying to take pictures, if that wasn’t enough Olivia decided to go outside with the chickens and was chasing them and picking them up, Nick called and asked me to do him a favor and as he was talking a giant centipede crawled out from somewhere and so there was full on panic and all the while trying to keep Everett from throwing himself out of the bassinet!! But we survived and we got some adorable images to share!!
